The following are information and publications provided by the Oakland County Community Corrections Division.

  • OCCCAB Bench Guide
    A handbook designed as a guide for Circuit Court and District Court Judges, Probation Officers, and Defense Counsel in sentencing offenders into alternative to incarceration programs.

  • NAPSA Standards of Release
    These Standards are intended to provide guidance to pretrial services program directors and staff and to others involved in the formulation and implementation of laws, policies, and practices concerning the pretrial release/detention decision-making process and the monitoring and supervision of persons released from custody while awaiting disposition of criminal charges.

Program Policies 

  • WWAM Guidelines and Rules 
           Complete publication of guidelines and rules for WWAM participants. These include, when and where to report, fees,  
           prohibited items, dress code, identification, conduct, etc. All participants must abide by these rules to maintain
           compliance in the WWAM program.
