Condo 'Exhibit B' Plans have been preserved and
clear images are now available for purchase. A year-long project to
preserve land documents, some dating back more than a half a century,
has been completed, improving service to surveyors, engineers and
condominium associations and owners. More than 5,000 paper rolls have
been scanned electronically, providing clear images dating back to 1966.
Oakland County is home to nearly 2,000 condominium communities,
including both attached units and subdivision-style homes.
