Campaign Finance reports filed with the Oakland County Elections Division can be viewed and printed online for local, school and countywide candidates as well as political action, independent, and ballot question committees.
Important Campaign Finance Requirements
Public Act 119 of 2017 has reinstated the filing of Annual Campaign Statements.
An Annual Campaign Statement is not required of:
- A committee that filed a Post-General Election Statement in December.
- An officeholder whose salary is less than $100.00 a month and whose committee has had no activity (receipts or expenditures) during the period covered by the Annual Statement. Must file letter stating the above.

Committees that have filed for and maintained the $1,000.00 Reporting Waiver are not required to file Campaign Statements. The reporting waiver does not waive the 48 Hour/Late Contribution Reports.
