ATTENTION: The eFiling application for the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Oakland County will be moving to a new version effective Monday, May 1st. On Friday, April 28th at 4:30 p.m. the current Oakland County eFiling site will no longer allow filings.
The new eFiling site will be https://michigan.tylerhost.net. This site is now active to register users, firms, accounts and service contacts. You will not be able to eFile on this new site until Monday, May 1st. We recommend users register on the new site prior to the go-live date.
Service Contact information will not be migrated to the new system and will need to be updated as soon as possible. It is imperative that you recreate service contacts for any and all cases you are associated with. Please click here for instructions on how to create a service contact and how to attach a contact to a case.
The new application requires an administrator to create each firm. That administrator is responsible for inviting attorneys and staff to join the firm. Self-represented filers can also register at this time. Instructions are available on the site listed above.
Training information for the new version is listed below.
