Air Show starts at 2:00 pm

The Oakland County International Airport Air Show & Open House is one of the finest family entertainment events in Michigan. It features a full spectrum of aviation entertainment and exhibits such as championship aerobatic teams, individual performers, freefall parachute demonstrations, World War II aircraft, and a variety of military, commercial and civilian aircraft and vehicles on display. Admission is free for attendees. There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle.​

Is the parking fee different for a truck or van as opposed to a car?,

​No. The parking fee is $5 regardless of the type of vehicle or the number of occupants your vehicle can carry.

If I choose to park somewhere other than the airport and walk to the airport will I be charged an admission fee?,

​No. There is no charge for admission to the Open House / Airshow.

Are pets allowed at the Open House / Airshow?,

​In the interests of the safety, pets are not allowed at the Open House / Airshow. Service dogs are allowed as required / needed.

Are bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters allowed at the Open House / Airshow?,

No. Only wheelchairs and motorized scooters will be allowed for individuals requiring them.​

Is smoking allowed at the Open House / Airshow?,

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Smoking is NEVER allowed on the ramp and in proximity to aircraft.​
