Oakland County has launched the Diversification Through Federal Contracting (DTFC) program to provide businesses with the resources to win federal contracts. The goal is to increase the value of federal contracts won by Oakland County businesses from approximately $300 million to $1 billion by 2025, thereby creating thousands of new jobs in Defense, Aerospace, and other related industries.
This is a consortium of almost 1,000 leading-edge high tech companies serving the region and leading the implementation of Industry 4.0.
