Adam is a co-founder and principal of Vault Equity Partners, which owns single tenant net lease real estate (primarily retail and medical) throughout the United States. Since Vault's inception in 2015, Adam's focus has been on underwriting/diligence on acquisition targets, ongoing management of Vault's growing portfolio of assets and dispositions.
In addition, Adam serves as general counsel for Vault. Before co-founding Vault, Adam was a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP, one of the youngest partners in the history of the well-respected firm. At Honigman, Adam focused on real estate, counseling clients in development, leasing, financing and entity formation, and restructuring.
Adam received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004 from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
Adam resides in Huntington Woods with his wife, Marla, and their son, Asher. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves on the planning committee for the Detroit Next Generation Program and the State Bar of Michigan.
In addition, he serves on the board of directors of JARC and was recently named by both Crain's Detroit Business and DBusiness Magazine as one of the top business professionals under 40 in metropolitan Detroit.
