Talisa NortonA wife and full-time mother of two, Talisa Norton is co-owner and chief operating officer at All Pro Color. She and her husband started All Pro as college students, offering graphic design and printing services. Since its creation in 2004, All Pro has valuable resource for entrepreneurs, small businesses, political campaigns, churches, non-profit organizations and everyday people. The small business offers high-quality, full-color printing at competitive prices with quick turnaround times. Under her leadership, All Pro has provided financial and in-kind support to numerous organizations such as Orchard Children Services, Cass Technical High School, Oak Park and Southfield High Schools. The company serves as a resource for those who created their own businesses. Norton has participated in the SBTDC Fast Trac Growth Venture Forward program and was also selected to be a part of the Small Business Association’s Emerging Leaders Program. She worked with the North American Academy of Design and the Art Institute of Michigan-Novi to create a successful internship program that provides professional development and hands-on experience in the industry. She is part of the National GEM Consortium Fellowship Alumni, Tauber Manufacturing Institute Alumni and Emerging Leaders Class of 2015 Alumni. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Norton received her undergrad degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute and graduate degree from the University of Michigan.
