Napoleon HarringtonNapoleon Harrington is the founder of Ambassador Counseling and Resource Group. He focuses on the mental health, social development and supportive needs of youth, individuals and families. His company provides networking and skill enhancement workshops and seminars to professionals who work with youth and families to encourage more effective service. Harrington was a presenter at the National Head Start Conference in Dallas in 2012. He earned the Successful Program Recognition Award for his work on the Disproportionate Minority Contact Federal Grant Project. He was the alumni guest speaker at Oakland University’s commencement for Ph.D. and master’s graduates in 2011 and 2015. As an adjunct faculty member at Baker College of Auburn Hills, he was honored as Adjunct Faculty Member of the Year in 2012.  He is an active volunteer with many organizations including Michigan Mental Health Counseling Association and POWER Org and serves as a board member at Bethel Community Transformation Center and the Opening Gates Foundation. Upon earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Oakland University, Harrington received the Human Relations Award.
