Brandon is director of global talent for Federal-Mogul Holdings, where he helps build more engaged and effective organizations and talent. He was awarded the Cornerstone OnDemand’s 2014 RAVE Award for Transformational HR & Talent Strategy and recognized as first runner up for Reinventing Work.
Husband, father and supporter of his community, Brandon gives his time and creativity to organizations in order to reach their goals.

At The Apostolic Church of Auburn Hills he has organized and led various ministries, serves as a musician and workshop leader, and has been an advisory committee leader since 2001. Brandon is a member of the Oakland County Workforce Development board, where he contributes through bi-monthly board meetings to oversee and develop policies for workforce development programs and services.
He has served as a guest speaker at Talent Development and Talent Management conferences, panels and blogs and received recognition in “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers” in 2004 after serving as a high school math and science teacher while still in Graduate School.
He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Oakland University.
