Matt Mosher, Oakland County resident, is founder of three southeast Michigan-based businesses that collectively employ more than 50 individuals. At age 30, Matt is a three-time, serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic management and business startups. Matt has not only moved his companies forward, but has been actively involved in positively impacting Oakland County's economy.

Matt is CEO of hiredMYway.com, a growing digital startup that is 7x more effective than traditional job boards. The website guarantees job seekers their resumes will be reviewed and ensures companies only receive applications from serious, qualified candidates. To date, Matt has secured more than $3.5 million in funding from Michigan-based investors, and the company currently employs more than 20 people. hiredMYway.com was one of the first portfolio companies of the Detroit Venture Partners, backed by regional leaders, Dan Gilbert, Josh Linkner, and Brian Hermelin. The company has offices in Royal Oak, Detroit and Chicago.
In addition to hiredMYway.com, Matt is the founder and CEO of two successful Oakland County based landscape and maintenance businesses. The first is Mosher & Associates, where Matt achieved more than $3 million in sales before the age of 25 and the company continues to grow. The second is Mosher Professional Property Services, LLC, where Matt expanded the company portfolio to more than 100 properties in four years and is responsible for revenue growth of 60 percent year-over-year. When he is not working at one of his three companies, Matt is the director of the non-profit, Downtown Boxing Gym. The mission of the Downtown Boxing Gym is to extend the discipline, dedication, respect and focus learned in the boxing gym into the classroom and community. Matt also sits on the board for Challenge Detroit, a program targeted at attracting and retaining talent to Southeast Michigan in an effort to develop and rejuvenate the city's core. Matt has provided insight on program development from the perspective of a young entrepreneur living and working in the region.
Matt is an avid volunteer and was recognized on WDIV's (Detroit NBC affiliate) "Heart of Detroit" segment with Mitch Albom for his extensive volunteer work. He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and Detroit Rescue Mission nearly every weekend and has taken it upon himself to rebuild several homes for families in need. In addition, as part of Mitch Albom's Haiti Rescue Mission, Matt makes regular trips to Haiti where he is helping to rebuild an orphanage that experienced significant damage after the earthquake.
