Kris Pawlowski
Background
I am a commercial real estate broker that assists clients with their real estate needs in Southeastern Michigan, and reaching across the globe with our Cushman & Wakefield affiliation.  I started with the Detroit Tigers out of college and within 11 months became the 3rd top salesman of the group.  From that, I moved into commercial real estate and started learning the business and working as hard as I could to reach personal goals I have set for myself.  The best thing about my career is that I enjoy my work and the people I get to work with on all sides of the transactions we perform.

Current Position
I am currently Principal of Signature Associates. I perform Sales, Leasing, Investment Sales, Land Assemblage and Development, Build-to-suit, Advisory Services for all of our clients that require solutions to their real estate needs and growth concerns.  I have been successfully representing owners, landlords, buyers and tenants for well over a decade; consistently building my reputation as a leader in the industrial real estate market.  I have brokered primarily industrial, land, and high-tech transactions in Oakland and Macomb County.  My persistence, strong work ethic and market knowledge are traits behind my ability to provide an array of property solutions and services for all of my clients, locally and globally.  I have the ability to seek out and successfully negotiate real estate deals that benefit everyone involved, creating win-win situations and forming long-term relationships.

I hold the prestigious World Class Club Award for 7 consecutive years since 2006; have been the recipient of the CoStar Group Power Broker Award for 2009-2012, am CoStar's #1 transactional broker for the State of Michigan in 2010 and #2 for 2011 and Signature Associates' Most Improved Broker for 2011.  Additionally, I received the Rochester Hills Mayor's Business Council Real Estate Champion Award for 2010.

Charity/Oakland County Involvement
