Elaina Farnsworth is the CEO of Mobile Comply (http://www.mobilecomply.com), the mobile technology training firm she founded in 2008 in Clarkston, MI. She coaches C-level executives and their teams on mobile strategies, applications, and social media. The goal: to make workforce collaboration more efficient and sales and service efforts more effective. Mobile Comply provides mobile strategy and enterprise-wide execution using a company's current infrastructure and business processes. Elaina has developed curriculum focusing on mobile strategy training for the Healthcare, Health & Wellness, Sports, Education, and Automotive industries. Elaina serves on the Board of Directors of The Mobile Technology Trade Association of Michigan, (http://www.gomobilemichigan.org/) a nonprofit catalyst in building cohesion amongst all segments of Michigan's mobile technology industry. In April 2012, Elaina was appointed Director of Global Communications by the Board of Directors of the International Connected Vehicle Trade Association (http://www.connectedvehicle.org/). CVTA's Board includes multinational companies from 16 industry sectors, such as Intel, Cisco, Sprint, Motorola, Agero, Delphi, Road America, Booz Allen, Hughes Telematics, Nokia, Magneti Marelli, and Dykema Gossett, among others.

Elaina also shares her passion for education and children by working with Callahan for Kids to offer a unique suite of educational and mobile tools designed to reward children, schools, and organizations for promoting a healthy lifestyle through exercise and healthy eating habits.
Involvement in Oakland County
Elaina is very involved with local businesses and education in Oakland County. She is a strong proponent of empowering small business and entrepreneurship. Elaina contributes to her community by working with small businesses and holding free seminars to educate them on using technology to grow their businesses. Additionally, Elaina launched a mobile-based loyalty program and reward system allowing local businesses to give back to schools. By combining business know-how, mobile technology, and community engagement, she created and facilitated a resource donation initiative to schools. Elaina is currently working on a program with other local businesses to create alternative education programs for high schools to educate their students in mobile development skills for their future career development.
