Colby Zemmin is Vice President Business Development for the U.S. Medical Management Enterprise of Companies, the leader in Home Based Primary Care in the United States and the largest Physician Provider Organization in the country, concentrating medical service in the home.
Prior to joining U.S. Medical Management in 2010, Ms. Zemmin held national and regional sales positions at Cardinal Health, Merck and Professional Disposables International for some eight (8) years. Her experience in dealing with primary care and specialty physician practices as well as large Integrated Delivery Systems had positioned Ms. Zemmin well for her current responsibility to grow and promote the Continuum of Care for the Home Bound Frail Elderly. U.S. Medical Management provides service to 60,000 patients in 10 states and 30 distinct geographic locations across the country.
Ms. Zemmin has strategically and operationally introduced, in F.Y. 2011, a Podiatric Medical Service line and Diabetic Care Program approaching $5M which sees some 30,000 patients across the United States.
Ms. Zemmin continues her family’s tradition of contributing to the health and welfare of the Greater Metropolitan Detroit Community promoting Women’s Health initiatives and serving on the committee of, Sister to Sister, which is in support of DMC and American Heart Association. Ms. Zemmin is a current Board Member of CATCH and has supported Big Brothers / Big Sisters community service activities for years. Ms. Zemmin sits on the Oakland County Community Health Committee, OAK 65, dealing with the provision of Social Services to the Geriatric Community.
An alumnus of Central Michigan University, Ms. Zemmin resides in Birmingham with her husband Ryan and their 3 year old son Dylan.
