Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
Housing developed by non-profit housing developers are called Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). The agencies receive funding to produce housing that is affordable to qualified low income homebuyers to help stabilize neighborhoods and surrounding housing values.
