Helping businesses establish and maintain healthy, inclusive work environments is the mission of Tylene Henry's business Ujima Services, which provides strategic planning for workplace solutions.

As an entrepreneur, change agent, and advocate for socioeconomic parity, Henry believes her faith, character, and mindset have been the foundation for her success.

She received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's degree from Wayne State University. She serves on U.S. Rep. Brenda Lawrence's Women's Advisory Committee, was a board member of the Southern Oakland chapter of the NAACP, the Fresh Perspectives Seminars, the Detroit Area chapter President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction and a volunteer and mentor coordinator for the Rhonda Walker Foundation. She lives in Beverly Hills.
