Bianca Wilson has been a leader on youth development in Oakland County, working in the Oak Park, Southfield and Pontiac public school systems, training fellow educators and students.

As a graduate of Wayne State University, Wilson has a Master's degree in Social Work, with a specialization in school social work and is focused on increasing awareness and prevention on issues facing at risk youth, such as homelessness, lack of adequate elementary and secondary education, sufficient behavioral health services and lack of access to health care.

In 2018, Wilson launched her behavioral health company, Umbrellex Behavioral Health Services, which offers an array of services from in home respite care, individual and family therapy, transportation, infant maternal mental health and court ordered treatment.

The company operates two private practice locations, two specialized residential settings for individuals with Autism and a community center for the elderly population.

Wilson also conducts crisis assessments for children and adolescents in the Medicaid population when they are presenting suicidal or homicidal ideations.

Wilson is a resident of Southfield.
