Armanda Prendushi-Hadribeaj is an entrepreneur who owns and manages Birmingham Martial Arts (BMA), a martial arts studio in Birmingham. She is also co-founder of Mission You, a non-profit organization with the mission to help alleviate poverty for the most vulnerable members of society both domestically and internationally.

Prendushi-Hadribeaj also works full-time in Accounting for an Automotive Financial Software company. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Management and Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and is fluent in several languages.

Birmingham Martial Arts had been in business for over 20 years when she took ownership and today, the business offers classes for all ages and has grown by 56%. Prendushi-Hadribeaj's focus is to ensure that the children's martial arts programs are designed to bring out the best in every child for them to reach their fullest potential at home, school, and everyday life.

Her philanthropic efforts with Mission You have resulted in several projects that drive positive impact from building a home for a disabled family in Albania to helping Michigan residents impacted by COVID-19 with rent assistance.

Prendushi-Hadribeaj is a West Bloomfield resident.
