Klementina (Tina) Sula is a social artist, joy creator, storyteller, and delightful troublemaker. She is passionate about people – she loves helping people figure out what they are passionate about and connects them to opportunities so they can find meaning in their lives and live our their own goals, dreams, and curiosities. As a networking coach, university lecturer (she teaches networking at the University of Michigan) and speaker, she empowers individuals to pursue their goals by leveraging the power of networking using her four-step networking framework. As a fundraiser – she is the Chief Development Officer at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital – she helps donors find meaning in their lives through their giving and helps advance her organization’s mission. Previously, Tina served as the Director of International Giving and Engagement at the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) at the University of Michigan, spearheading the College’s fundraising efforts outside of the United States. Tina has also worked for the US Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, the United States Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, the Club de Madrid in Madrid, Spain and for the State Department (Main State) in Washington, D.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a master’s degree in Public Policy, and a master’s degree in Higher Education (with a focus on Philanthropy, Advancement and Development) – all from the University of Michigan.
