Adelaide Pascaris serves as manager of Area Government and Community Affairs at ITC Holdings Corp., the nation’s largest independent electric transmission company. Since its formation in 2003, ITC has invested over $7 Billion in the electrical infrastructure. Adelaide develops and implements organizational strategy in the southeastern Michigan region and enhances relationships with area communities and local government groups and officials. Adelaide builds partnerships with charitable giving organizations to advance ITC's philanthropic priorities. Prior to working in Local Government and Community Affairs, Adelaide held leadership positions in information technology and is a certified project management professional.

Adelaide serves on the Wayne State Alumni Association Board of Directors and The Eight Mile Boulevard Association. The Eight Mile Boulevard Association is a conduit for socioeconomic change in Southeast Michigan. Adelaide is an advocate for young women and STEM. She is a STEMinista role model with the Michigan Science Center, a program that engages 4th through 8th grade girls with authentic STEM experiences. From school visits to appearing on the PBS Curious about Careers show, her passion and dedication to young women and STEM is remarkable and inspiring. Adelaide earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in Program and Project Management from the University of Michigan. Adelaide is fluent in several languages and is an avid traveler who has visited over 25 countries.
