A graduate of University of Michigan, Alyson is first and foremost a doting mother of two beautiful girls and second the CEO of one of the highest rated meaderies in the world, Schramm's Mead. Her professional accolades include BJCP Mead Judge, Certified Cicerone, and she is actively working towards her Certified Sommelier certification. Alyson runs day to day operations of Schramm's Mead with her father and head meadmaker, Ken Schramm.
