Senior Manager, Global Marketing & Communications
MMS Holdings Inc.

In the 10 years that I’ve spent in communications a few highlights come to mind, like: helping launch the first Microsoft Innovation Center in the U.S. in Miami, staffing a four day, 36 journalist media tour by myself in New York at the last minute, watching million dollar cars drive onto the 18th green at Pebble Beach in Monterey at 4am, naming and launching a pharmaceutical tech software and staffing events for it in London, the month I averaged 9.5 articles a day and earned more than two billion impressions, increasing the market share of a specialty insurance group by 40 percent in less than a year, and the list goes on.

In the past year, I've risen to be the media relations lead and one of the foremost B2B insurance communications experts in the FleishmanHillard Detroit office – a top 3 PR firm. Prior to that, I worked at Airfoil Group in Royal Oak where I assisted in the launch of the first Microsoft Innovation Center in the U.S. in Miami. Recognized for my efforts, I was presented with the Most Outstanding Young Alumni Award from Madonna University in 2012, and in 2017, I was asked to join the Forgotten Harvest Emerging Leaders Council – a 501c3 supporting families in the Detroit area with food insecurity. I also volunteer time to assist World Medical Relief with PR support for their incredible initiatives. In April 2018 – at 32 years of age – I was recruited to join MMS – a global, leading clinical research organization – to be their Sr. Manager of Global Marketing & Communications overseeing these functions across four continents in the pharmaceutical industry. My communication style across professional services firms has earned the respect of industry thought leaders with recommendations on LinkedIn saying they were “impressed with [my] ability to think strategically “ and “he is the person who younger employees look to for guidance, and senior leaders look to when they need results.”

From my experiences, I have given talks at Case Western Reserve University, Cleary University, Eastern Michigan University, Madonna University, Michigan Safety Conference, University of Findlay, and others. Additionally, I’m on the Emerging Leaders Council for Forgotten Harvest and volunteer my PR skillset to World Medical Relief. Outside of work, I play tenor sax in two award-winning bands and have outlets to keep my creative writing fresh through personal projects that include a children’s book and a film script.
