Randall J. Peck is a partner in the Southfield and Midland offices of Warner Norcross + Judd where he specializes in patents and transactions in the chemical, mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. As a chemical engineer and registered patent attorney, Randall is a trusted advisor among global clientele and regularly participates in their strategy meetings to ensure successful outcomes from both a business and legal perspective. He oversees patent procurement (including post-issuance validity challenges), opinion work and various transactions and agreements involving intellectual property, both domestically and internationally. He was honored as a 2017 Client Choice Award Winner for Intellectual Property: Patents for Michigan. Randall is an OESA Young Leadership Council 5 member and was a member of the Detroit Regional Chambers’ Leadership Class XXXVI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law.
