Kyle Nieporte is administrative nurse manager for surgical services at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital. He oversees the daily operations for the main operating room and Ambulatory Surgical Center and leads a team of approximately 100 operating room staff members. Before his current position, Kyle was an equity partner in Medical Compliance Team where he was vice president of development and director of surgical services. As a health care consultant, he specialized in development of new construction ambulatory surgical centers and was the team lead for opening or managing eight freestanding centers in Michigan. Kyle assisted each of these facilities become licensed with the state as well as receiving other accreditation and Medicare certification. Originally from Oxford, Kyle lives with his wife and two young children in Clarkston. He received his undergraduate degree in nursing from Oakland University and is currently pursuing an MBA. He is involved in community fundraising for breast cancer awareness and other local charities and is a board member at Waterford Surgical Center.
