Pontiac, Mich. – Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter released the following statement in response to the increasing number of Oakland County communities peppered with antisemitic flyers: 

“Littering Southeast Oakland County with antisemitic garbage is vile, cowardly and intended to intimidate our Jewish neighbors and divide our communities. Enough. Stop spreading hate in our communities.

“We cannot allow this behavior to become normalized or ignored. If you see something, say something, so law enforcement can identify those responsible for perpetrating this ugliness.

“Our strength has always come from our diversity, our compassion and our willingness to stand together in difficult moments. We will continue working to ensure every resident knows they are valued, respected and welcome here.”
