Board of Commissioners response to Executive Coulter's proposed transparency and ethics reform

October 3, 2025, OAKLAND COUNTY, MI. – Oakland County Board of Commissioners Chair David T. Woodward issued the following statement related to Executive Coulter's proposed transparency and ethics reform, which was announced today:
 
"I fully support Executive Coulter's proposal," said Chair David T. Woodward (D-Royal Oak). "The Board of Commissioners stands ready to review and act on it quickly. I believe in doing what's right, always leading with integrity and holding ourselves to the highest standards as we continue to deliver for the people of Oakland County."
