Oakland County proposes the following Substantial Amendment to its Program Year 2025 Annual Action Plan to reflect the conversion of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Program Income to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Income funds.
- Increase the expected CDBG Program Income from $900,000.00 to $3,441,360.91.
The proposed Substantial Amendment was posted to the Neighborhood and Housing Development Division’s website on August 28, 2025, requesting public comment on the Substantial Amendment for at least 30 days pursuant to the requirements of the Citizen Participation Plan outlined in the PY 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan for Oakland County.
On September 9, 2025, the Citizens Advisory Committee conducted a public hearing to receive comments on the Substantial Amendment pursuant to the Citizen Participation Plan outlined in the PY 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan for Oakland County and approved and recommended the Substantial Amendment to the Oakland County Board of Commissioners.
On XXXXXX, 2025 the Oakland County Board of Commissioners, after evaluating and considering any public comments received, approved the Substantial Amendment to the 2025 Annual Action Plan.
