Demolition of downtown Pontiac parking deck, amphitheater enters final stages

The Phoenix Center parking deck and amphitheater will soon be no more, paving the way for two new parking decks and a reconnection of Saginaw Street through downtown Pontiac as Oakland County embarks on a large satellite campus there.
