DESCRIPTION:Millions of bird migrate across North America each spring and fall. Their journeys are fascinating but also full of danger. We'll explore how different birds approach migration, what routes they favor and some of the amazing feats and perils they face along the way. Homeschool sessions are adapted for two age groups: Ages 6-9 and ages 10-13. Cost is $10/child/session. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays. No on-site registration will be available. Sessions are designed as a drop-off program for youth. All students are welcome, including those from a traditional homeschool, pod or virtual learning setting. A release form must be completed with registration.
