Boost your mindfulness and physical and emotional well-being while enjoying the beauty of Independence Oaks County Park during Tai Chi in the Trees. Studio 8 Fitness will lead this beginner-friendly session. All abilities are welcome. Those ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. No equipment is needed but participants may bring yoga mats if they like. Program will be held outside but may be moved inside Wint Nature Center in the event of inclement weather.
