Oakland County Parks is focused on environmental leadership, action and practice in the community. Staff is available as a resource for local governments and the public to advise in their areas of expertise and assist homeowners, municipal employees, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in implementation of best practices.

Winter Foods for Hungry Lil Dudes

Discover the important plants, roots and nutrient sources that sustain wildlife during the roughest winter months. Make your own easy suet spread to take home and spread on branches in your backyard. This program is suitable for all ages. Cost is $5/person. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473 during nature center hours or register online.
