Orlando joined Aloia & Associates in 2018; he has more than 35 years of experience as both a transactional and litigation attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions and commercial litigation.

His practice covers entity formation and operation; drafting and reviewing contracts, transactional documents, and buy/sell agreements; performing risk management; negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions; and assisting with dissolutions.

In the real estate area, he drafts and reviews real estate purchase and closing documents, residential and commercial leases, and loan documents.
