Notice of Public Meeting
Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA) Meeting

Pursuant to and in accordance with Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public meeting shall be held before the County of Oakland, Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA) at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2020.  The meeting will take place at the L. Brooks Patterson Executive Office Building located at 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328, 248-858-8073.  At this meeting the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will discuss aspects regarding the BRA within which the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority shall exercise it's powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended.

Please note that all aspects of the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority are open for discussion at the public meeting.
