Notice Is Hereby Given That

A public meeting of the Oakland County Land Bank Authority (OCLBA) shall be held on October 6, 2022 at 11:00am. The meeting will take place in person for OCLBA Board Members. At this meeting the Oakland County Land Bank Authority will discuss aspects regarding the OCLBA, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Land Bank Fast Track Act 258 of 2003

Means for Public Participation

Members of the public will be able to speak during the public comment period at the beginning for items on the agenda only and the end of the meeting for non-agenda items. Comments will be limited to three minutes per person. To provide for orderly public participation, a person wishing to speak is required to sign in, state their name and request to be recognized by the Chairperson of the meeting. The Chairperson will recognize all persons wishing to speak during the public comment period.

Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities in need of accommodations to be able to participate in the meeting should provide at least 24-hour advance notice to the listed contact person by phone, email, or mail and an attempt will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.
