OF INTENT TO AUCTION FIREARMS


The information below identifies firearm(s) confiscated by the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to Oakland County Support Services pursuant Policy and Procedures #239 Handling and Storage of Property.

On Saturday July 28th, 2018 the Oakland County Support Services Division will be conducting a firearms auction at 1200 N. Telegraph Road building 38 East. Weapon inspection will begin Friday July 27th, 2018 from 5-7pm and Saturday July 28th, 2018 9-10:30am. The auction will start at 10:30am.

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
PREREQUISTES TO BID:

1)    Valid State of Michigan picture identification
2)    Valid Federal Firearm License (FFL)
3)    Telephone number and e-mail address

Please e-mail Adam Bailey baileya@oakgov.com fax 248-858-5028, or mail to my attention a copy of the above prerequisites to: Oakland County Support Services 1200 N. Telegraph Road by July 20th, 2018. We will notify you of your approval status via-e-mail or telephone prior to the firearms auction. If you have not been pre-approved you will not be able to bid at the firearm auction.
