The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner's Office (OCWRC) operates and maintains Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) supplied drinking water systems for Bingham Farms, Bloomfield Hills, Commerce Township, Farmington Hills, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake Village and Royal Oak Township. We also operate and maintain well water supplied drinking water systems in Franklin, Highland Township, Lyon Township, Novi, Oakland Township, Oxford Township and Springfield Township.
