General Specifications

General Conditions
Defines terms of the Contract, Contractor's, Engineer's, Inspector's and Owner's responsibilities under the Contract.  General requirements of the Contract, project sign, insurance requirements and changes to the work.

General Specifications 
Describes work which may be performed or required for the construction of storm drains, sanitary sewer or water main projects.  Topics include excavation, trees, final restoration, public and private utilities, easements, Engineer's and Inspector's field office and maintenance and restoration of road surfaces.
