Type 2 Diabetes added to Agent Orange presumptive conditions
The VA has recently added Type 2 Diabetes to its list of Agent Orange presumptive conditions.  If you served in Vietnam, or in some cases, Korea, and suffer from Type 2 Diabetes or think you might, please contact us as soon as possible.  Also, next of kin of deceased Vietnam veterans should contact us if that veteran had Type 2 Diabetes.

Please note that there are additional Agent Orange presumptive conditions such as Respiratory Cancers, Prostate Cancer, Hodgkin's Disease, Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Soft Tissue Sarcoma, Porphyria Cutanea Tarda, Chloracne & Peripheral Neuropathy.  Please contact us if you are a Vietnam veteran or the next of kin of a veteran who has/had one of the above conditions.

Prescriptions available through VA.
Prescriptions are available through the VA for eligible veterans.  The co-payment is $7.00 per 30-day supply.  In some circumstances there is no co-payment.  Please contact our office so that we can discuss the VA prescription program.

New law concerning eligibility for VA headstones and markers
A recent law change allows the VA to furnish an appropriate headstone or marker for the graves of eligible veterans buried in private cemeteries, whose deaths occur on or after December 27, 2001, regardless of whether the grave is already marked with a non-governmental marker or headstone. Previously VA headstones or markers were available only for the unmarked graves of veterans.
