Artan Sulstarova is wanted by the Wixom Police Department on warrants issued 8-12-04.  Sulstarova is a resident of Wixom and was last seen in the Taylor Michigan area on 8-11-04.  He is 23 years old, 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds.
