James Joseph Kelly was apprehended by local authorities 4/23/08 in Portugal.  He is expected to be extradited back to Michigan.

James Joseph Kelly is a licensed doctor/anesthesiologist who has worked at several medical facilities in Michigan - there may be "unknowing" victims that have yet to come forward. He has numerous contacts in the U.S. and abroad and is a high flight risk.
