Boater Safety Classes are offered by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office at no charge. 


BOATER SAFETY CLASSES FOR AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2014 ARE AS FOLLOWS: 

AUGUST 23, 2014- THIS CLASS IS FULL.

SEPTEMBER 13, 2014-  THIS CLASS HAS OPENINGS.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2014- THIS CLASS HAS OPENINGS.

 

 

Class hours for all classes are 8:30 am- 3:30 pm.

Each student will receive the State Boating Safety Certificate upon passing a written test.

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Class size is limited to 25 students per class.


To reserve a place in a Boater Safety Class, please call 248-858-7831.

There is NO charge for the Boater Safety Classes given at the Oakland County Sheriff's Office (OCSO).
