Requesting a Public Record


In requesting a public record from this public body a requestor shall:
  • File in writing to the FOIA coordinator the request for public records
  • The requestor shall describe the public record being sought sufficiently to enable the body to find the record being sought.
  • That the requestor shall include their name and address.

Request can be made in writing and mailed to:
