Assistant Prosecutors in the general Circuit Court Division represent the People in the 14 courtrooms of the Oakland County Circuit Court.

They prosecute felony cases not otherwise assigned to one of the three specialized sections: Special Victims, Narcotics and Major Crimes. The cases include robbery, assault, weapons larceny, fraud and felony driving offenses.
