The Probate Court has four Probate Judges to serve you on cases involving four general subject matters:

• Decedent Estates & Wills 
• Trusts
• Guardianships/Conservatorships 
• Mental Health

Probation:

Since the Probate Court receives many inquiries for the "probation department", it is worth noting that the Probate Court has NOTHING TO DO WITH PROBATION.  Please see Adult Probation or Juvenile Probation for those respective services.


Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Due to time requirements needed to complete paperwork, you must file your documents by 4:00 p.m. for same day processing. (See Holiday Schedule for office closings.)

By Court Order, individuals entering the Courthouse are to abide by the following court rules:

No weapons or cutting instruments allowed.
