Last year's successful outdoor winter festival returns to downtown Rochester January 23rd and 24th. Ice skating, fireworks and a toboggan run are just some of the things you will find at the event this year. The 2009 Fire & Ice Fest is co-sponsored by Oakland County, the City of Rochester, the Rochester DDA and Oakland County Parks.
