Master Plan Reviews
Prior to 2003, the Oakland County Coordinating Zoning Committee (CZC), a sub-committee of the Planning and Building Committee, only reviewed township master plans and was formed of five members. Under changes to the planning enabling acts, the County now reviews all community master plans prior to adoption and the CZC has been reduced to three members.
