She holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Albion College has a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. In 1994 the Arizona Association for Economic Development named her Economic Developer of the Year.

Today, Mr. Dingeman plays an integral role in attracting Film & Digital Media companies using the most aggressive incentive program in the nation. He is a member of the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) and is a Film Commissioner candidate.
