The Paint Creek Trail connects the communities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Oakland and Orion Townships. 

The trail is used by hikers, cyclists, joggers, equestrians, nature observers and photographers, following the old Penn Central Railroad up the Paint Creek Valley through highlands, pastures, and wetlands.
