Pontiac, Michigan -- Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson remains under the care of doctors and staff at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac one week after a two-vehicle crash in Auburn Hills.
Patterson sustained serious orthopedic injuries. His driver, Jim Cram, was also seriously injured and is being treated at Detroit Receiving Hospital. Doctors have not set a discharge date for Patterson or Cram.
