Auburn Hills -- The Oakland Pet Adoption Center and bd's Mongolian Grill are teaming up to hold their first Dine 'n' Donate guest grilling event 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at bd's Mongolian Grill in Auburn Hills. Proceeds will fund low cost spay and neuter clinics for Oakland County residents.

"With so much community concern over euthanasia, the best plan of action is to spay or neuter animals before they can reproduce and contribute to animal overpopulation," said Joanie Toole, supervisor of the Oakland County Animal Control Division. "Euthanasia should never be the 'go-to' for shelters; spreading awareness and early prevention is key."

The Dine 'n' Donate event will feature surprise guest grillers who will create a unique stir-fry experience. There will also be a silent auction and 50/50 raffles to win cash or cool prizes.

Tickets to Dine 'n' Donate are $25 and include unlimited stir fry, soft drink, tax, tip and donation. To reserve tickets or for more information, call 248-391- 4100. bd's Mongolian Grill is located at 3325 University Drive in Auburn Hills.

Prize sponsors for the event include Bowlero, Trader Joe's, Carl's Golfland, Fieldstone Winery, Hair Stylist Danielle Skladzien of Number Six Salon, Dunham's Sporting Goods and Stay & Play.
