Publically Available Maps

The following maps are available to the general public. Click on a link to launch the map.

Board of Commissioners	Clickable map used to identify the Oakland County Commissioner for each district.
Broadband Service Coverage *	Provides approximate location of broadband service coverage (cable modem, DSL, satellite, and wireless) in Oakland County. Also lists service providers and their Web addresses.
Community CrimeWatch Service: Registered Sexual Offenders	This service has been removed, as it is offered elsewhere with even more functionality: http://www.us-sex-offenders.com/.
Election 2004 Results *	Contains the results by voting precinct for selected contests in the 2004 general election.
Flood Hazards *	Shows the flood hazard areas using data provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Also provides links to the official Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMS).
Golf Course Directory *	Provides location and details about Oakland County golf courses.
Trails and Paths *	Depicts general locations for non-motorized transportation and recreation facilities throughout Oakland County. This site is intended to assist continuing efforts to develop the trail system to serve the growing population of Oakland County.

Limited Access Maps

The following interactive maps require a username and password. Permitted users should contact their User Support Specialist for this information.

Aerial Imagery *	Allows participants in the Oakland County GIS Program to view ortho imagery for every year that has been acquired by the Program. Flight years can be viewed through this service, or added to an ESRI ArcMap map document. Special Requirements: If you are unable to add a flight year to an ArcMap 8.3 map document, you may need to install the ArcGIS Desktop 8.3 Feature Service and HTTPS Connection Patch. Permitted Users: Open to Oakland County departments and local government personnel equipped with a username and password.
eDrain *	Shows drainage related data. Permitted Users: Open to Oakland County Drain Commissioner's Office and local government personnel equipped with a username and password.
Environmental Stewardship/Natural Resources *	Shows land and environmental resource information that can be used for planning needs such as land acquisitions and conservation easement establishment Permitted Users: Open to land conservancies, communities, public park authorities, and other clients supported by the Environmental Stewardship program who are equipped with a username and password.
Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Viewer *	Shows basemap data and data pertaining to emergency response. Permitted Users: Open to emergency response personnel equipped with a username and password.
Label Service *	A tool that leverages GIS technology to notify property owners and/or occupants in a given geography. Mailing labels can be generated in two formats (PDF and text file). Permitted Users: Open to Oakland County departments and local government personnel equipped with a username and password.
Oakland County International Airport *	Shows a basemap and airport data; contains the capability of querying latitude/longitude on the map. Permitted Users: Open to Oakland County International Airport personnel equipped with a username and password.
Road Commission for Oakland County *	Provides instant access to all basic information related to the road network of Oakland County. Permitted Users: Open to Road Commission for Oakland County personnel equipped with a username and password.
