How do I find out what digital data the County has available?

Oakland County offers many layers of GIS data. All of the data available to the general public is cataloged in a metadata document (, file size 5.8 MB; June 2009). Once you have located data in which you are interested, review the other questions in this section to determine how to obtain the data.
